| 抄録: | This paper considers the changes in performance caused by interaction between members of a group. A number of rules were derived based on the theories in personality psychology, which provides useful information in analyzing the dynamics of human performance. Using a concrete data set and the genetic algorithm, we selected a set of important rules that describes the changes in human performance. |
