| 抄録: | In this survey, we investigated how the characteristics of transactions have changed in the information age. As a result of our survey, we observed that spot transactions produce negative effects on performance in some cases. Further results imply that open information networks based on close inter-firm relationships save transaction cost, decrease feedback time, and increase competitive advantages. |
