| 抄録: | The purpose of this paper is to propose, implement and evaluate a methodology called “Project-based Collective On-the-Job Training (OJT)” that incorporates Off the Job Training (OFF-JT) and Soft Systems Methodology (SSM). Our new methodology of adult education is based on our long experience in that field, and the methodology overcomes various problems of the conventional OJT. The essence of “Project-based Collective OJT” is the usage of the participant’s on-site practice process as a collective OJT in an open seminar. |
