Abstract: | ICT, R&D and education are vehicles for generating and distributing information and knowledge which can be environmental, educational or R&D in nature and worldwide as well as countrywide in scope. Scientific conferences and congresses combine environmental, R&D and educational topics with the huge dissemination potential of informatics to implement access to environmental, R&D and educational data and research finding as information and knowledge offering on the World Wide Web. This paper is looking for clarifying how Info-Infrastructures based on exchange of research results, information sources and newly developed applications stimulate knowledge integration and competence building countrywide for example for Poland as well as European Union-wide. A systemic view of the EnviroInfo, EduInfo, R&D Info-Infrastructures is presented. |
