| 抄録: | This paper proposes a work guide for analyzing the process of organizational knowledge creation in an academic research project, integrating basic concepts in several existing knowledge creation theories. This guide has been developed during the evaluation of projects. We present results of the process analysis of projects that finished recently. We certify evidences of the concepts and remark differences among processes of different projects. |
