Title: Weak Magnetic Order in the Normal State of the High-T_c Superconductor La_<2-x>Sr_xCuO_4

Abstract: We report magnetization measurements in the normal state of the high transition temperature (high-T_c) superconductor La_<2-x>Sr_xCuO_4. A magnetic order in the form of hysteresis in the low-field magnetization is observed at temperatures well above T_c. The doping (x) dependence of the onset and strength of this order follows T_c(x) and falls within the pseudogap regime.
