| 抄録: | 携帯端末によるコミュニケーションの一般化は,それ以前の固定端末を用いたコミュニケーションから時間や場所の制約を排除した.これにより,送信者のメッセージ送信に対する抵抗感は減少した.また,受信者が連絡を受ける状況が多様化したため,送信者が受信者の状況を推測することが困難になり,受信者の状況への不適切な介入が行われるようになった.このような背景を受け,受信者の状況を構成する状況情報を用いた研究によって受信者の支援が行われている.しかし,状況情報は受信者の個人情報であるため,支援効果とプライバシの保護がトレードオフの関係を形成する.したがって,プライバシの意識が低い環境での有効な支援や,ユーザ間で情報格差の問題が起こりかねないプライバシ保護というように,両者を同時に実現するのは困難である.この問題に対して,我々は状況情報による支援対象を明確にし,その対象への支援を強化することで,方式内の状況情報の明度を抑えるプライバシ保護手法を提案する.そして,提案手法を協調作業のコミュニケーションの段階に適用した.本稿では,状況に付随する支援資源を取り入れることにより,通信可能性の高いメディアを提供する方式の評価を行った.評価実験の結果から,状況に付随する資源による明度の抑制と,従来方式と同等の支援効果を確認した.さらに,状況情報の明度を抑えることによって受信者のプライバシは保護された.これにより,状況情報を用いた支援における,支援効果とプライバシ保護の両立を実現した. : Communication by mobile terminal has become popular because it removes the time and place restrictions that are imposed by fixed terminals. In addition, diversification of the circumstances in which the receiving party receives a communication make it is difficult for the caller to guess the receiving party's circumstances, and the communication may become an inappropriate intrusion on the receiver's situation. With that background in mind, we are doing research with context information that consists of the receiving party's circumstances. However, context information is personal information about the receiver, so there is a trade-off between the effectiveness of the aid and the protection of privacy. Accordingly, it is difficult to achieve both effective support in an environment of low awareness of privacy and protection of privacy so that the problem of a disparity of information can occur at the same time. To cope with that problem, we propose a privacy protection method that reduces the amount of the context information within the system by clarifying what the context information is to support and strengthening support for that. We have applied the proposed method to communication in collaborative work. In this paper, we evaluate a system for providing media that has a high probability of communication by adopting support materials that are incidental to situations. The result of the evaluation experiment confirmed that amount of information was controlled by these materials. And, we also confirmed support effect at the same as the related method. Thus, we achieve both effective support using context information and protection of privacy. |
