| 抄録: | We introduced FD/SD seminar to promote the cooperation between Faculty and Staff in 2010. The necessity of FD and SD has become popular around Japanese universities. As we set ‘Leading Graduate Education’，‘Education on Leadership and Management’ and ‘Ｉnstitutional Research’ as the theme of FD/SD seminar, we could give good influence to JAIST. Moreover we have to think about the establishment of dialoguing organization and the relationship between whole-campus FD/SD and school-based FD. |
