Abstract: 本研究はサービス産業としての旅館を対象に,高品質のサービス提供に向けた組織・人材活性化の方法とその効果を分析することが目的である.老舗温泉旅館グループの調査を通じ活性化のためには従業員のキャリア意識醸成が重要であることを見出した.活性化効果の分析視点としてサービスの価値共創に基づく定量化方法論を提案しWeb上のくちコミ情報を題材に効果を検証した.企業の人材マネジメント施策の成果と顧客のサービス評価を定量的に把握する枠組みを構築した. : This study aims to analyze a way to organizational activation and its effects for service quality improvement. The Japanese traditional hotel inns are our research targets. Based on the investigation of Japanese traditional hotel inns in Ishikawa prefecture, we found that company needs to promote mindsets for career improvement to motivate to their employees. As a perspective of analysis for organizational activation evaluation, this research proposed quantitative methodology based on service value co-creation and verified its effectiveness using Word-of-Mouth data on websites. Consequently we created quantitative frameworks for evaluating the relationship between organizational activation management results and service value evaluation of customers.
