| 抄録: | 法令工学は，安心安全な社会の実現に向け，法令や規則のシステム的側面を扱う方法論を研究する新しい学問分野である．法令工学の言語面の研究として，本研究は，国民年金法を主な対象に，法令構造の分析・モデル化，注釈コーパスの作成，法令構造の解析法，条文の論理表現への変換法，法令の矛盾検出法，可読性の高い法令文記述などに関する研究を行い，複数文条項の要件効果構造のモデル化，解析法，条項の構造的書き換えなどについて成果を得た． : Legal Engineering is a new field that studies a methodology to treat a systematic aspect of laws and rules. This research took up mainly a national pension law as an example law which regulates a social system and conducted various studies on analyses and models of legal structures, annotated corpora, analysis methods of legal structures, transformation methods into logical representation from law sentences, methods for detecting contradiction in laws, description of law sentences with high readability and so on. Based on such studies, we made annotated corpora and obtained a model of requisite and effectuation structures of a law paragraph consisting of multiple sentences, methods for analyzing structures and a structural paraphrasing model of a law paragraph. |
