| 抄録: | 食卓で共有されている大皿料理から料理を取るとき，共食者間でのインタラクションが期待されるが，大皿料理が持つコミュニケーション活性化機能が十分発揮される形で共有されていない為に，大皿料理を介したインタラクションは限定的である．本研究では，お酒の「お酌」行為に注目し，お酌が持つコミュニケーション機能を「自分の皿に料理を取ることを禁止する」という手法を用いて大皿料理に持ち込む．提案した手法の妥当性を検証しつつ，食卓コミュニケーション支援メディアGiantCutleryの実装を行い，食卓で用いることで初期的な評価実験を行った． : It is expected that interactions among tablemates arise when tey dish out foods from a platter at a dinner time. However, the interactions are actually restricted because the platter's potential of vitalizing dinner-table communications is not effectively exploited. We focus on "Oshaku", a Japanese habit: the tablemates pour the platters at a dinner time. This paper investigates whether Oshaku behavior can be incorporated into the platter. Inaddition, we developed GiantCutley, which is a support medium for dining-table communications. We report results of apilot study for estimating effectiveness of GiantCutlery. |
