抄録: CGEI has long been dealing with issue how CGEI helps students to promote their initiative by students' themselves in laboratory. One of our answers is to apply the ePortfolio, in which the students organize their self-regulation of learning in the laboratory. Authors have developed an ePortofolio system JAISTEP and accumulated outcomes of educational practice in this initiative, reporting them last two years. In this article Author reports a support system in acquisition of self-regulation with JAISTEP in laboratory. The present report aimed at improving students' self-regulated learning along with research activity. Since the JAISTEP needs high order reflections for improving self-regulated learning, it is difficult for novices to reflect themselves. Thus, author developed pattern, that is fragments of knowledge of self-regulated learning. With the pattern, the novice students can do higher order reflection that leads to acquisition of self-regulation. The author discussed on this initiative and its potential for the tool of quality assurance of laboratory learning in graduate school.
