| 抄録: | In this paper, we try to analyze serving food to reveal a situation of “the last on piece of food”. When we analyzed video data of table talks with some platters, we focused on serving food for each platter and for dining table. As a result, we confirmed situations of suspending serving foods from middle stage to end often occurred. In addition, we found after suspending serving food, serving food occurred continuously for short time span. A series of suspending and activating serving food is important for us to handle a situation of “the last one piece of food”. |
