| 抄録: | サービス経済化の成熟を背景に，サービス活動を持続可能なものにするための，実践適用可能な理論枠組みを構築することである．サービスの提供者・受容者，そして自然という三者を想定し，その間の価値共創モデルおよびその促進要因を構築・分析した．その結果，三者間価値共創を実現する上では都市の役割が特に重要であること，そして，価値共創を実現する上では，関連する経済主体がそれぞれの知を総動員する仕組みづくりが必要であることを見出し，都市の環境課題や里山の保全を例に，具体的な提案へと結びつけた．: In this research project, we aim to develop a theoretical model for service sustainability. Based on our literature survey, we made the concept of tripartite value co-creation which consists three different service actors; service providers, service recipients, and the Nature. We used it as a unit of analysis and conducted case studies of pioneering environmental sustainability projects. As a result, we found that the role of government to set tripartite value co-creation system is quite important and knowledge co-creation among actors should be needed. Based on the results, we proposed service solutions for environmental sustainability to municipal solid waste management and SATOYAMA conservation and its utilization. |
