Abstract: 本研究課題では,確率ハイブリッドシステムの最適制御および離散抽象化,確率ブーリアンネットワークの制御に取り組んだ.主な成果として,確率ハイブリッドシステムの確率的拘束付き最適制御問題の解法,および有限時間区間における離散抽象化の手順を提案した.また,バイオシステムへの応用についても計算機実験により検討した.さらに,確率ブーリアンネットワークに対しては,複数薬剤の効果を考慮した制御手法や確率的モデル検査に基づく検証に関して新しい手法を提案した. : In this research, optimal control and discrete abstraction for stochastic hybrid systems have been addressed. Control of probabilistic Boolean networks has also been addressed. As main results, a solution method of the optimal control problem with probabilistic constraints, and a discrete abstraction method in finite time interval have been proposed. In addition, an application to biological systems has also been discussed based on numerical simulations. Furthermore, for a probabilistic Boolean network, a control method under multiple drugs and a verification method using a probabilistic model checker have been proposed.
