| 抄録: | 本研究は、宮崎大学付属病院において、電子カルテと連動するスマートフォンを用いる医療専門家と学際的研究チームの協働によるアクションリサーチである。医療専門家が、いつでも、どこでも医療情報を利用できるユビキタス情報環境において、多様なデータ・情報・知識をいかに共有・活用しながら臨床医療知識を創造しているかを説明する臨床医療のナレッジマネジメントの理論的モデルを構築した。そして、スマートフォンの利用データの分析と評価に基づき、スマートフォンを用いて医療サービスの質と安全を高める臨床医療のナレッジマネジメントのための実践的ガイドラインを作成した。 : Through an action research by an interdisciplinary team in cooperation with medical professionals at the Miyazaki University Hospital, where smartphones have been used along with electronic medical records, we built a theoretical model of knowledge management for clinical medicine to explain how medical professionals share and utilize a variety of data, information, and knowledge, thereby creating their clinical knowledge in a ubiquitous information environment. Also, based on analyses and evaluations of data on usage of smartphones, we made a practical guideline for the knowledge management of clinical medicine that enhances quality and safety of medical services by using smartphones. |
