| 抄録: | 本稿では、同室ワークショップの参加者と遠隔地からの間接参加者の意見交換を支援し、参加者全体の意見をワークショップで立案される計画に反映させる遠隔同期型代議士制モデルを提案する。本モデルを用いたワークショップでは直接参加者（代議士）数を制限し、遠隔地からの間接参加者（住民）はネットワーク上のチャットを通じて、代議士に意見提供をする形をとった。本モデルは代議士による人的フィルタリング機能と住民の民意形成機能を持つ。評価実験の結果、本モデルを用いたワークショップは従来の全員一斉参加型ワークショップと比べて、参加者全体の意見が計画により一層反映されること、住民が発言しやすくなることが示唆された。 ： In this paper, we propose the Remote and Synchronous Representative Model to Participatory Planning Method. In the workshop using our model the number of direct participants (Representative) is decreased. Indirect participants (Resident) from remote place provide their idea to their own Representative through the Chat system on network. Our model has the functions of the human filter by Representative and the public opinion formation among Residents. The functions reflect the idea of all the participants on the plan. As a result of evaluation, we proved that our model reflects the idea of all the participants on the plan and makes Residents feel ease to comment. |
