| 抄録: | 近年,インターネットやモバイル端末の普及によって,時間や場所を問わないコミュニケーションが増えており,相手の状況への配慮が足りないことが社会問題となっている.一方,オフィスにおいては,情報ネットワークを活用した非対面形態のやりとりが増加し,インフォーマルコミュニケーションの減少が問題となっている.このような背景から,グループウェアやコミュニケーションツールの利用時に,ユーザの状況をシステムが収集し,コミュニケーションの相手に提供する機構に関する研究が行われている.しかし,これまでは位置などの限られた情報を用い,その情報をそのまま参照者に提供しているため,その位置で何をしているか詳細な状況が不明であり,またプライバシに関する問題が発生することも指摘されている.本論文では,複数の情報提供源から得られる状況情報を統合して一元管理することにより,位置情報にとどまらず行為の内容や理出などを含む,詳細で信頼度が高い状況情報を提供するための枠組みを提案する.さらに,本方式に基づく試作システムを用いて実験を行い,その結果から本方式を用いた状況アウェアネス支援の有効性を示す. : In recent years, due to the Internet and the spread of mobile terminals, so we are living without affecting time and place. In addition, some people insist on necessity of supporting informal communication. Therefore, it is important to be aware of the context for one in a far place. There are researches of the method to provide context information using one resource for being aware of a context. However, there are problems such as the privacy and incomplete context information. In this paper, we propose new framework to unify information from multiple resources, and provide detail and reliable context information. Furthermore, we show the result of our experiment on our prototype system, and discuss the efficiency of context awareness based on our framework. |
