| 抄録: | 本論文ではグループ意思決定の支援を行ううえで，数理面からの支援の重要性に加えて，心理面からの支援も重要視する立場から，グループ意思決定におけるコミュニケーションを支援する機能の提案と評価を行う．具体的には人間のコミュニケーションにおける影響要因の1つである互恵性(貸し借り関係)に注目し，この貸し借り関係を明示化することによる支援機能の提案と効果について述べる．互恵性は「借りたら返す，貸したら返してもらう」というルールであり，集団内における協力体制を確立，維持するために必要となる．これらのことから，互恵性，すなわち貸し借り関係を明示化させ，互恵性に基づく行動を促進することは譲歩量の不均衡(一方的な譲歩関係)を是正し，かつ，満足度の高い意思決定結果を導ける可能性がある．被験者実験の結果からは，満足度の向上に関しては確認できなかったものの，貸し借り関係の明示化が譲歩量の不均衡を是正するために有効であることが確認された．これにより，我々の仮説の一部を支持するデータを得ることができた．In this study, we propose group decision support function based on reciprocity and we report effects of that function. We take the position that, both mathematical approach and psychological approach are important when we develop of group decision support function. Thus, we focus communication in group decision behavior. Reciprocity have much effect on human communication. Thus, as the first step in our study, we will develop group decision support function based on reciprocity. Our result suggests that explicit reciprocity is make fairness concession. |
