| 抄録: | やりたくないけれどやらなければいけないタスクを遂行する場合，タスク中に無関係な逸脱行動をとってしまうことがしばしばある．本稿では逸脱行動の中でも近年特に多い「スマホいじり」に着目し，同調心理を利用してタスクへの復帰を支援する手段を提案する．具体的には，スマホいじりを行っている者が少数派であるという情報を，あたかも実際の状況であるかのようにスマホ上で提示するシステム DigresSignal を構築した．これにより，自分が逸脱行動を行っている少数派であると認識させて，作業に復帰させることができるのではないかと考えた．検証実験を行ったところ，他者のスマホの使用割合が低いことを提示することで，同調が生じ，逸脱の割合を減少させることが示され，作業への復帰を促進することができることが明らかになった． : When performing tasks that you don't want to do but have to do, you often take irrelevant deviant behavior during the task. In this study, we focus on "playing with a smartphone" which has been particularly common among deviant behaviors in recent years and proposes a means to support the return to the task by using synchronization psychology. Specifically, we built DigresSignal, a system that presents information on the minority of people playing with a smartphone as if it were an actual situation. By doing so, I hypothesized that a user of the system could recognize him/herself as a minority performing deviating behavior and return to work. An experiment was performed to verify the effectiveness of this method. As a result, it was shown that by presenting that the percentage of use of smartphones by others was low, synchronization occurred, the rate of deviation was reduced, and returning to work could be promoted. |
