| Abstract: | 個人が特定の自由を侵害されたときに喚起される，自由回復を志向した動機的状態は心理的リアクタンスと呼ばれている．本稿では，心理的リアクタンスの反発力を活用し，先延ばし行動をする人たちに対して，自由を規制する教示を行うことで，先延ばし行動を改善させる手段の実現に向けた基礎的な調査を行なった．実験の結果，あまり関係が無いはずの第三者からの心理的リアクタンス教示によって，先延ばし行動を抑制するポジティブな効果が得られる可能性が示唆された． |
