| 抄録: | 組織やチームにおける協調作業を円滑かつ効率的に進めるためには，良好な人間関係を築くことが重要である．そのために簡単なゲームなどを行うアイスブレイクが通常行われているが，その効果は必ずしも十分とは言い難い．そこで我々は，推し活のひとつである応援上映を採り入れた新規な人間関係構築支援手段であるCoFAVorationを提案する．推し活とは，特定のアイドルやキャラクター，アーティストなどの，自分が好きな存在を「推し」として応援する活動である．同じ対象を推す人々は「同担」と呼ばれ，同じ推し対象を育てようとする熱意を共有することで同担者間にはしばしば良い関係が形成される．この同担の心理を活用することで，協調作業に必要な要素である一体感や結束力を高めることができるのではないかと考えた．本研究では，推し活のひとつである「応援上映」に焦点を当て，応援上映を体験させて擬似的に同じコンテンツ内に「推し」のいる即席の同担者グループを作り出す（「にわか同担化」）ことによって，チーム内の一体感や結束力と共同作業のパフォーマンスが向上するかを検証する．In order for cooperative work in an organization or team to proceed smoothly and efficiently, it is important to build good human relations among the co-workers. For this purpose, ice-break events such as simple games are usually conducted, but their effectiveness is not always sufficient. Therefore, we propose a new method to support the building of human relationships named “CoFAVoration” that incorporates “supportive screenings,” one of the “supporting a fave” methods. “Supporting a fave” is an activity in which people support their favorite idols, characters, artists, etc., as “my fave”. People who share the same target are called “fellow fan,” and a good relationship is often created between “fellow fan” people by sharing the same enthusiasm for nurturing the same fave. We thought that by utilizing this “fellow fan” psychology, it would be possible to enhance a sense of unity and cohesion, which are necessary elements for cooperative works. In this study, we focus on “supportive screening,” one of the “supporting a fave” activities and examine whether a sense of unity and cohesion within a team and the performance of collaborative work can be improved by having the participants experience the supportive screening. |
